Lopez Brothers and Sarver

For some reason, I find some similarities between Brook Lopez and Jeremy Michael Sarver. So who’s this guy that looks somehow like Lopez? He’s a contestant in this year’s American Idol and works as a roughneck on an oil rig. According to poptower.com, “Sarver auditioned in Phoenix, Arizona.”

Come to think of it, maybe that wasn’t Sarver that auditioned in Phoenix. Maybe it was actually Robin Lopez of the Suns, who is actually the twin brother of Brook Lopez. No wonder Robin Lopez has been seeing lots of DNP-CDs lately. Oh it wasn’t the coach’s decision since he is in Hollywood for American Idol Season 8.

According to eonline, “Khloe Kardashians confirms she’s seeing Minnesota Timberwolves guard Rashad McCants. Sister Kim’s beau, Reggie Bush, “introduced us back in July and we have been dating ever since.”

The Timberwolves guard haven’t really played well this season and was recently benched by coach Kevin McHale. McCants has just been averaging 9.9 points a game down from 14.9 last year. His fg percentage has been bad also with only 36% this year. His minutes have also been inconsistent and you have to wonder why with a team that has been missing Mike Miller lately and Telfair just playing well the last couple of games.

Forget about having a different coach to start the season or the return of Randy Foye from knee injury. I just wonder if this long distance relationship has been affecting the play of McCants. Good thing he was never on my radar for any of my fantasy teams. But it just makes you wonder. Hmm…just a thought…
